Radzuan Radziwill embarked on the odyssey of fashion upon his completion of a degree in fashion design from UiTM. He later continued his studies in fashion at Bunka University in Tokyo, Japan. Upon his graduation from Bunka University, he returned to Malaysia and within the same year, he appeared as the first prize winner of Jelita Gold Thread Award, a fashion design competition organized by Berita Publishing. In 1995, he started his eponymous label "Radzuan Radziwill" and opened a boutique in Daya Bumi, Kuala Lumpur.

He has indeed gained a following for his ultra feminine cocktail dresses and red carpet worthy evening gowns and he unequivocally excels at glamorous power dressing and his creations are luxe and opulent, while retaining the practicality. He has also attracted attention as a designer who advocates the preservation of heritage. He believes in incorporating the elements of the Malay culture in his designs and making these elements relevant to mainstream fashion. He injects the elements of Japanese artistic sensibility coupled with the current world trends in his design interpretation to give it the unique look.
